  • Crash or error reports (if you enable “Share App Analytics” with Apple)

  • Respond to support inquiries

  • Fix bugs and improve app functionality

  • Ensure compatibility with different devices and iOS versions

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics purposes.

  • The Chicago Medic Guide app operates primarily offline.

  • All operational data (protocols, calendars, notes) is stored locally on your device.

  • We do not host or sync any user content to external servers.

  • Support emails are handled securely using encrypted email transmission (TLS).

4. Third-Party Services

Chicago Medic Guide does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or social media SDKs.
If future versions include optional integrations (e.g., iCloud backup, calendar sync), those will follow Apple’s built-in privacy standards and will require your explicit permission.

5. Children’s Privacy

Chicago Medic Guide is intended for professional and educational use.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

Because we don’t collect user accounts or personal data in-app, there is no stored personal information to access, modify, or delete.
If you contact us for support, you may request deletion of your message or related correspondence at any time.

We will post the “Effective Date” above whenever updates occur.
